Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales & Exceed Goals: Meet or exceed your assigned sales quota by engaging with potential clients, setting appointments, hosting lunch-and-learns, and promoting our CE courses.
  • Emergency Ready Profiles (ERPs): Educate clients on the benefits of emergency event preparation and help complete ERPs.
  • Build Relationships: Create strong customer relationships through regular communication, ensuring they understand why SERVPRO® is the leading choice for cleaning and restoration.
  • Expand Your Network: Develop a list of “Target 25” contacts and work to turn them into loyal clients.
  • Work Closely with Leadership: Regularly meet with owners and marketing managers to drive SERVPRO® referrals and increase your sales territory revenue.
  • Travel Expectation: Travel is required, especially during natural disasters (e.g., storms, fires) or to meet with property managers to ensure timely service delivery and response. 
What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum two years of business-to-business sales experience.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the service sector or sales/marketing within commercial cleaning and restoration, insurance, or related fields is a plus.
  • Skills: Exceptional sales, customer service, communication (verbal & written), and organizational skills.
  • Mindset: A process- and results-driven attitude with a strong focus on achieving goals.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using current business software technologies.
  • Background Check: Ability to pass a background check as required by law.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
